At Canvas Creations Co. LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. As a print-on-demand service, each item is uniquely created upon your order. Due to the nature of our production process, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns for Incorrect Size/Color/Change of Mind: Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

Damaged Products/Manufacturing Errors: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are committed to offering a free replacement or a refund. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue

Photo Evidence: Provide a clear photo showing the issue with the product for a quick resolution.

Multiple Product Issues: If multiple products with the same design are affected, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
3. Limitations

No Responsibility for Incorrect Orders: We do not offer replacements or refunds if the wrong size or color is ordered by the customer.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: In cases of delivery issues, you can opt for a replacement (with an extra charge) or a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
